Larry is leading Mock Woodworking toward a new era, striving to position Mock in sustainable markets. His vision is to continue delighting customers while practicing the continuous improvements that keep the company strong.
He has studied Mock Woodworking’s long history of success (founded in 1954) and is developing the strategy that retains the best of our history while positioning Mock to be the woodworking source that continues to be trusted by design and construction professionals.

DelMar restaurant is a project Larry is especially proud of due to the complexity of the project, fine woodwork and Mock’s on-time installation within a tight timeframe.
Larry joined Mock Woodworking in 2018.
Jim Radcliffe
Production Supervisor
Jim leads our team of highly-skilled, creative craftsmen in creating high quality millwork and fixtures. His gifted combination of efficiency, accuracy and artistry has been part of nearly every project Mock has produced for more than 40 years – including one of his favorites: The M. Bohlke Veneer building in Fairfield, Ohio. Jim joined Mock Woodworking in 1976.
