In many cases, a sample or prototype will assist in making decisions on construction details, visual appearance and final finish. Prototyping is often used prior to “rollout” on larger production orders. Mock Woodworking provides this service on many projects. Our expert craftsmen can produce samples and prototypes to precisely match sketched drawings, architectural blueprints, or existing wood samples. No matter the material or configuration, Mock Woodworking can custom fabricate millwork and casework using a wide range of materials – from wood products and veneers to plastic laminates. We’ll work with you to custom design solutions that suit your specific space and use needs.

Because we use state-of-the-art CNC machinery and the latest CAD/CAM processing, we have the capacity to handle your largest commercial millwork needs in-house. Our experienced engineering team leverages industry-specific software to communicate and partner with design professionals as well as the shop floor. This end-to-end workflow allows us to monitor quality every step of the way and keep your project on track. The final finish is arguably the most important part of the process. Our dedicated finishing facility produces a high quality, durable, furniture-grade finish. We incorporate in-house computerized matching, hand finishing processes and automated equipment that includes cleaning, spraying and drying. You’ll find impressive attention to detail in the elegant finish work we bring to every project.
